Our Process
We keep it simple. Just call. That's it. Most questions can be answered over the phone by helpful, knowledgeable staff.

If you need someone to come onsite, we'll schedule it with you on your first phone call. We may even be able to just give you a hand over the phone.

For a standard call, we will make it onsite to your place in 24-36 hours. If you need a "super hero" and you need them now, then we would suggest a "RUSH" call ($150/trip fee + standard hourly labor). We'll be onsite within 2-6 hours, with most times even quicker then that.

Minimum charge is $139 - For one hour @ $89/h + Trip fee ($50/$100/$150)

These rates only apply to single call services. Please ask how to save money by setting up a preventive maintenance schedule. This will save money and help keep everything up and running.

 

FAQs

Where does JCC send service techs?
All of Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas. There are some additional trip fees that may apply to long drives, but our hourly rates always stay the same.

Do you work on PCs?
Only if we have to! We have highly skilled technicians for both PC & Mac repair and support. We thrive on setting up systems that work in a "hybrid" enviroment. If you have a question about PC, please call. If we can't help you, we work with great partners that can.

Do you work on iPods?
Sometimes. But mostly we don't - Thats because it's not cost effective for you.

What happens if I miss our appointment?
You get charged the minimum fees: $50 Trip Fee + $89 (1Hour) = $139. We work hard to fit everyone in that day, please help us keep on time.

Do you sell parts?
Not at this time.
